This hasn't happened to me, but it's happened to friends. I have no idea why they treat some people shitty and others pretty good.

Matt Romano from here reached out to me and looked at the rules and agreed I was right. Advised he would be making a formal complaint if I could not get the funds on my own. I am still out the “$77.91” in real funds and Jeremey at @BETUS refuses to pay. Also, now I reach out to Matt and get a kickback email that he doesn’t exist. I had never had a problem here prior I’ll reiterate that and actually like their site, ease and quick payouts. But are hiding me here!!!!

Nothing else.

They told me flat out that I was "not recreational," because I played underdogs and unders. (Recreational players tend to bet favorites and overs)
I was betting between $300 and $500 per game. Went on like a 29-5 streak in college hoops and bowl games.
They boot winners. And they refuse to pay because they deemed me "sharp."
They can keep my $14,800.
I've already cost them well over one million dollars from potential new (and exiting) clients.

Did Bookmaker Review respond to you? Do you have these messages from them? Would think this $14,800 issue is what BookmakerReviews lives to help with... so if there is no response from them or no help, I think we aren't getting all the details from you.

My goal was to exploit them and cost them customers through my podcasts and social media and message boards, and I happily did just that.
Bottom line: their security sucked and they knew it.

I am interested in this too. There is clearly a LOT more to this story. The only issue I've had with this book is micky mouse terms on bonuses and it being confusing/annoying to get through it. Bonus acceptance has implications on when and how much you can cash out, and that sucks a fat one.

Their security is very bad. Their staff asks you for your password, and that's the only thing you need to get a withdrawal if you've already done their KYC. So staff could easily steal, or anyone who is able to guess or find your password. I assume you can reset your password via email so if you had access to someone's email thats another easy way to drain their account.

Security doesn't get any lower than that.

I’ve always found it strange Heritage still asks for your password when talking to customer service or wagering.
