So resolution we came to, which is not 100% in my favor but better than nothing. I haven’t heard from my complaint form, so Jeremy a supervisor has made the decision to refund as no action my bet $135 as well place what would have been the (win) amount as a freeplay amount $102.50 with no rollover. Thoughts on this.?.?.?

Nope. I wouldn’t settle for anything less than it being counted as a win or they’d lose my business.

My rationale would be, sure it’s only for a couple hundred this time but if you let them get away with this nonsense this time the next time it may be on a much bigger bet.

I haven’t had many problems here and this is my usual bet amount. I get what you’re saying but I can’t make them or beg them. That’s the issue with offshore

If the rule @Ace7550 quoted is the correct one---and it does seem to be---then this is BS. What is their stated reason for not paying you?

Ace nailed them. It’s in their rules that you won the bet. I’d wait until you can talk to your higher-up until you take any settlement.

Their offer as it stands is you have to win another bet to collect your winnings?? No way.

If you settle for less than having the play graded as a winner now with all the ammo you have Showing it’s unquestionably a winner it’s on you.

I agree with Jay that you should not settle with them unless they have a good reason to explain how your bet lost. Otherwise you're encouraging them to steal from you again.

I also agree. OT is either included or it isn't. And it clearly is included. The bet is a winner and should be treated as such. Anything less than payment in full is unacceptable.
They should be giving you your winnings and some free play on top for the hassle they've put you through.

They say if it doesn’t show (OT included) then overtime is not included. Feel free to argue on my behalf lol- contact Jeremy . I don’t think it’s fair but what else can I do? I filed a complaint which I haven’t heard anything back and argued with them since Thursday night. They went from loss to cancelled wager and FP of the winning $112.50 (which is kind of odd) like admitting they are wrong.

That is absolute horseshit. Was thinking of signing up with BetUS but will hold off until this is resolved.

I have emailed them and advised to close my account down now. If they will place the $112.50 from the $135 bet I told them I’d be happy to play there. I’ll let you all know if I hear back they’ll pay what they owe.

Unfortunately, the sportsbook ratings here are not reliable. They have Bovada as A+ after many ongoing complaints of theft and holding funds hostage. They have everygame as an A which is laughable. Just to name a couple.

I’ve never been a fan of Bovada. I had my issues with management at Youwager. But I think Youwager is the safest bet. Might try local stuff as I am in MA and online is coming in March
