The police training here is horrible. It's like those cops forgot all they ever learned about deescalation.

A lot of fighting, screaming, etc here, using violence. Holding on to her, forcing her to the ground.

That is so wrong when all it may have taken to calm the situation was one, maybe two, well placed finger or fingers.
