My SBR betpoints log is available for anyone to look at. I demonstrably knew of problems at least 36 hours before they were reported. I had, (and still do have), 12,000+ betpoints that were worthless to me but that were potentially worth $700+ to someone else. If I had wanted to screw SBR I could and would have done it...and no-one else would have known. My account was reinstated, (with betpoints), when SBR looked at the evidence. SBR knows what happened, who did what, and what was said. I'm not fussed what happens to my account(s) here or at SBR. What I was annoyed about was having my, (at that time sole), SBR account deactivated for 5 weeks because of a system error and not being able to contact anyone. Those deactivation and dead contact link problems still exist.

Are you still stupidly trying to play the victim? If I say to someone in private "I swear to God I might hijack a plane" it doesn't mean i'm planning to hijack a plane. You acquired information from a 3rd party source that you knew wasn't a genuine account. Without any context of what might have been said in the previous 5 years you decided to go off half-cocked for your own cult of personality reasons. The consequences are entirely on you. If you get on a plane and start shouting "hijack" because of a 3rd party PM don't act like a victim when the authorities blame you for the entirely unnecessary problems your actions cause.

I have a history of contact with SBR staff pointing out line errors, current problems, potential future problems, (such as no-pros being able to keep balances of well over 3000 points and exploit some future loophole or system failure), betpoints exploits, (for which you yourself publicly said I should be given a pro account free of charge), and other issues. If I was interested in scamming SBR I would have had a Pro account long before now and I would already have scammed them. I certainly wouldn't need an accomplice, and if I did I obviously wouldn't have picked the REAL SBR KVB because he's a stand up guy. I wouldn't need to ask or order him to do something. Instead I made a flippant 'where do I send the points this time' type comment. He would have immediately understood what was being said and would have done the right thing without any drama - which is why I didn't tell you. I was fooled by a fake account. It happens. You, on the other hand, knew it was a fake account, you knew I had a history of being genuine, you knew I had already had plenty of time to do something if I had wanted to act dishonestly or maliciously...and yet you still acted as you did.

I'm sorry that SBR staff had to deal with this stuff, especially on another forum. I'm more sorry that the real KVB's account is in any way mentioned in relation to this mess that you've caused. His only actual involvement was to pleasantly engage with me in posts at SBR and try to help other posters.

By the way I have 12,000 betpoints in my original account and I am currently able to send more than 2 points through Transfer, (sent 3 to BIGDAY). A recap for anyone joining the thread:

My account at SBR was deactivated due to a system flaw.
I wasn't able to contact anyone at SBR.
All I could do was leave a message in my 'Update your status' box.
Whilst playing around with the account and trying to create a communication channel I discovered another flaw which was in SBR's betpoints systems.
I didn't exploit that flaw.
I tried to contact someone here who would pass that information on to SBR.
That person turned out to be a fake account.
The information was acquired by Rudy.

Rudy knew the fake account was a fake account.
Rudy knew I had a history of spotting SBR flaws and not exploiting them.
Rudy knew there was at least 36 hours between my finding out about the betpoints flaw and telling the fake account.
Rudy knew no scamming had gone on in that 36 hours+ period.
Rudy publicly posted the flaw as a scam expose at SBR.
SBR removed Rudy's thread to protect themselves and Rudy was banned.
Rudy complained about his unfair treatment by SBR here at BMR.
Rudy was asked by a 'new account' at BMR to repeat details of the 'scam' because that account had missed the details at SBR.
Rudy then publicly re-posted how to exploit SBR's betpoints systems here at BMR and said he was rooting for the scammers against SBR.

After SBR had secured that betpoints system flaw and closed their betpoints store I used a 2nd betpoints system flaw to draw attention to my name - directly in front of the 1 SBR moderator still there who would recognise my account name. Unfortunately no-one at SBR looked at the account name and the status message. The post with the flaw was removed by another moderator and my account was banned. I still couldn't contact SBR.

Rudy then created multiple accounts at SBR to exploit that 2nd flaw. He used the betpoints given daily to those accounts, (that he wasn't entitled to), to tell others about the 2nd flaw.

An account purporting to be an SBR moderator account posted to and about Rudy here at BMR. I asked that account to contact me through verifiable means. When that was done I gave SBR all the information I had. SBR have made their investigations. They know who knew what, who did what, and they have acted accordingly.

Other information:

Rudy has claimed that I publicly bad mouthed him once my SBR account was reactivated. I haven't named him or anyone else publicly at SBR. My posts here and at SBR are available for anyone to see.
Rudy has claimed he doesn't 'reveal sources'. He named me and another SBR poster for his current troubles. He has re-posted what I said in a PM to another account.
Rudy says I just care about my account and that i'm sucking up. I don't care about accounts here or at SBR...or betpoints. I had already told both him and SBR that.
Rudy claims he's a 'Player's Advocate' and that he acts for other people. He knew my account was deactivated. He claimed he'd help. He claimed he got my account back. He did nothing to help and wasn't in any way responsible for my account being reactivated. He's pissed at me because I mugged him off in PMs over his claims.
Rudy has accused me of scamming. He knows it isn't true and he knows he acted to harm SBR at least twice.
Even after acting to harm SBR at least twice he's trying to get an apology and a financial reward from them.
Rudy still claims he's done nothing wrong.
