I like this play.

N. Ill will run the ball so missing QB and WR is not a big deal. Their RB has been out for week so they've already compensated. Fresno won't be able to move the ball at all with opt-outs and N. Ill. tough D.

If anyone is going to score IMO, it'll be N. Ill on nice long drives with lots of running and little passing.
