i ran up and down my stairs with 15 pound weights for about 10 minutes. My thighs are burningIf you do a 25 minute jog on your rug just as good as far as cardio and you’re saving your knees and your back

Si, staying healthy is always the main goal.my mind set isn't 1-2 hours at the gym. I'm not a gym guy. But if I can do 10-20 minutes at my house which I 100% can do, that's my plan
im 35. I'm not trying to get jacked or get a 6 pack and all that. Maybe just not run out of breath after doing 15 pull ups hahaha

Haha..I hate partnering with people who can't run in cadence. I feel like I'm lifting their weight. It feels heavy on my end.you can tell from their syncopated step rhythm they trained together for super secret delta strike forces in Philippines. Genie could kill anybody us in under 4 secs with ease

i can do around 8 to 12 depending on the day so you guys beat me 100%. i admit it. i respect the functional strength you both showed and what others have. pullups, especially wide, are hard for me and always were my nemesis. my big mass builders back in the day were hammer strength rows (low and regular) as well as deadlifts. also always did wide bar lat pulldowns. typical juicehead back workout.James, let’s see you do some
