@DiggityDaggityDo @Tanko there is a lot of Kefir in Texas , I highly advise drinking it daily. It can enhance your shaft performance as well.
@BMR Genie there is a lot of Kefir in Cebu and a Manila , it enhances the “tingle” as well. God Bless.

Just eat some Greek yogurt Fly. Full of probiotics and tastes great. I mix in walnuts, granola, fresh blueberries or strawberries....
