Rustic Italian stew - made meatballs first, then cut them into quarters. Roasted all the veggies with Italian seasonings. Nice & hearty on a cold winter’s night…..

I can only cook a good steak. Majority of meals are from wife or at restaurants. Probably spend 3x on going out for food vs cooking at home. Ive seen we have a few good cooks here.

Son-in-law is doing brisket for us again on his traeger for T-giving.
