usa today said a witness said both the truck driver and Sanchez had their phones out filming each other as well

a witness who was parked in the alley just north of the stabbing scene told him he saw a larger man, believed to be Sanchez, who stands 6-feet-2-inches tall, and the 69-year-old box truck driver interacting.

What we know: Mark Sanchez arrested in Indianapolis altercation that led to stabbing
The witness first thought they were friends and did not pay much attention to their interaction, but then he noticed they were using their cellphones to record each other

Starting to make more sense here.

I’m not saying Sanchez is 100% innocent in any way - just saying the truck drivers version of I was just minding my own business when this dude attacked me for no reason - so I pepper sprayed and pulled my knife out and stabbed him doesn’t hold water.

There is clearly more to the story here - and likely the truck driver and his “stand your ground” defense is bullshit. You have the opportunity to defuse/avoid a situation - you take it. You refuse and escalate a fight - you not only are equally responsible for your injuries - you also should be charged as well. Big difference between being a victim and an equal participant. One means you had no choice - the other you chose to be a participant vs walking away.

This story changed drastically yesterday..

Moral lesson? Drink moderately. Excessive alcohol changes people.

Yes. Yes it does.

This @DiggityDaggityDo this weekend. It was embarrasing but the neighbors are cool with it since it happens a lot.
