Sorry - but something tells me we are getting a carefully written narrative here.

I have many questions - starting with WTF was Sanchez doing policing the parking at a loading dock at his hotel ?!?

The knife belonged to the truck driver - who also had pepper spray - Sanchez had no weapon.

Allegedly the pepper spray had “zero” effect and Sanchez continued to come towards the “victim”. The purpose of pepper spray is to allow someone’s reaction time - not disable the attacker. What did the “victim” do between pepper spraying and taking out his knife (and what type of knife was it). Sorry - but few innocent people walk into a fight with a Bowie knife for example.

I get carrying pepper spray - it’s not uncommon for truckers to do so. A knife - meh, that’s less common - I’d say roughly a 3rd carry a gun - but local guys in a box truck that’s unusual. Long haul alone by yourself is a lot different than local delivery to businesses.

Did the trucker dial 911 at all ? So let’s say Sanchez DID approach him angrily yelling - what did the trucker do next - if the answer is not retreat to his cab - lock the door and call 911 - then that begs many more questions.

The photos released are again highly questionable. Sorry - no fight victim looks like that after arriving at a hospital and having been admitted. So either those pictures were taken by EMS employees en route or ER staff at arrival - or they are staged. I doubt any medical professionals are dumb enough to take photos like this and share them as that’s a HUGE HIPPA violation and an automatic end of their job.

I have a feeling Sanchez will have a very different story when it comes out. Indy cops came upon a scene with an older white and a middle age Hispanic who had been drinking - wanna bet they didn’t realize that he was famous at first ? Looking forward to the body cam - but somehow I’m guessing it mysteriously wasn’t activated. Right now this is entirely based on video from a nearby hotel only - your telling me there was no dash cam on the truck and no camera on the dock door at the hotel as well as the aforementioned body cams ?

I agree with you

Maybe he pulled that knife on Sanchez and Mark is the one who truly acted in self defense and taught him a lesson about pulling weapons on ppl

But I am confused about you calling the guy in the hospital bed a white male

Maybe he is, but sure doesn’t look it to me
Looks more Middle-Eastern

carefully written?

no way jose.

by the way I think Sanchez has just said he doesn't remember anything but grabbing a window...

sounds like he was fuked up, out of his mind.

Detective Christopher Edwards spoke with Sanchez in the hospital, who said all he could remember was "grabbing for a window," according to court documents. He did not know who did this to him or where it happened, police wrote in their affidavit.

Yeah, police were called, an investigation ensued, and Sanchez was arrested. It is what it is.

But that guy in the hospital looks pretty fukked up.

That said, amazing he went home as quick as he did, he looks pretty badly wounded.

I know Sanchez had one concussion, and got back in the game, I wonder if he had others too. He probably did.

lol

Story is that Sanchez grabbed him, tossed against the wall then again on the ground. Dude went for instead of making a phone call.

Also, the guy was in the room when the picture was taken, he gave permission to give it to a reporter.

It wasn't some rogue release from the hospital staff.

lmao
