You never did pick up those best tasting protein brownies I suggested months ago Bobby.
I can't find them anywhere, I don't want to commit to buying them online and buying a bunch of them if I hate them. Let me look around again

Edit: I see they're available at a grocery store in town according to their website. I'll head over there later today or tomorrow and pick some up

The birthday cake flavored protein brownie is the best, so I recommend that one.

processed food like substances

LOL

try some whole foods

like roland said he needs to break the sugar addiction. get a taste for how good a berry tastes, broccoli, chicken...use the outside perimeter of the grocery store not the inside aisles
I love chicken! Biggest issue is I don't know how to cook do I do rely on eating out probably more often than I should but that being said, I'm learning to make healthier choices

Chicken is one of the best sources of protein that has limited fat. Great for dieting.

Cooking chicken in oven takes a long time and in a skillet is messy.
If you don't like to BBQ your chicken on a grill, you can use an air fryer Bobby.
Chicken cooked in an air fryer is easy. You can season it differently every time for variety.

You're full of excuses. Throw some chicken in an air fryer with salt and pepper and a bit of oil maybe. 15 mins broil. Done. If you don't cook for yourself you'll never lose weight. And the food reviews? Jesus christ. I would bet 20% of my networth on you not losing 5lbs by your cruise, which for your weight is a trivial amount. For normal people that takes a lot of work.

When I came back from my trip to Jersey I was 249 so I'm definitely losing weight. Maybe not as fast as I hoped but I still have 6/7 months

I like trying out different seasonings so I can get some variety. The air fryer I think is definitely the easiest option

👍🍺

Pork is good too - but stay away from the greasy, fatty stuff. Tenderloins are easy to cook, and cheap. Posted this here before, @BobbyFK - this tenderloin was like $9, the rub was like $3 something. Get a digital meat thermometer, rub the whole tenderloin, set the thermometer for like 145 degrees (or whatever it recommends for pork), stick it in the center of the tenderloin, put it in the oven at 350, take it out when the thermometer beeps…..
