The pasta/carbs are what’s going to get you - that box of penne will overwrite everything else. The wife does ‘Miracle’ noodles, or when we go out to eat, she just gets double veggies, or a side of steamed broccoli.

But, at least you’re heading in the right direction…..

When I eat pasta all I do is get hungrier. Lets get high protein/fat meals and you'll feel full longer.

Incorporate 10k steps/day minimum to start then get some weights in there.

They don’t taste like chickpeas at all. Mix it with that grilled chicken & some sugar free spaghetti sauce - you probably wouldn’t even know the difference…..
