That's not bad at all
You could get down to 200 lbs if you did it for 90 days. You would basically just eat less and your body would be in a calorie deficit for that many days. You would definitely lose weight the statistics are strong, we just don't know what the long term effects are if you take it long enough lol. Obviously once you go off it you could gain all the weight back and more eventually. That's why people take it long term now which is not smart IMO.
