think more like diet bet where individuals need to put in some $ to the pool as well and instead of one winner anyone that achieves a goal.. like 4% of bodyweight lost in 8 weeks gets a piece of the prize. need verification pre and post photos with person on scale and then full body, showing a paper with secret word of day on it
