You must be drinking multiple gallons of water when you do your hiking trips lol. That’s not easy to do, but I know you are younger than I am.Aww. thanks, guys! my muscles hurt a bit but totally worth it.
We started at around 5:30 so it won't be really hot, so far I only brought 1ltr of water. It's just funny that we end up in Mcdonald's at the end of the hike for lunch lol. I think we are just of the same age JDS.You must be drinking multiple gallons of water when you do your hiking trips lol. That’s not easy to do, but I know you are younger than I am.

When we hike, I fill ours about 80% the night before and partially freeze it. That way its ice cold on on your back and when you take a drink. Highly recommended.
You are all our inspiration, RD! Thank you for reminding us to stay healthy.Awesome job! Inspirational.

Nice! That explains why your fit, Fly.I range from 12,000-25,000 steps a day, the lowest is around 11,000-12,000, usually about 17,000 daily. I can't remember a day when it has been less than 10,000 a day. 10,000 is nothing and very easy to hit.
