I always wondered if I started to put puzzles together, would it help my sports handicapping abilities.
I don't see how it would help with betting but you made me google it and I found this....

Working on a puzzle reinforces connections between brain cells, improves mental speed and is an effective way to improve short-term memory.

I wonder if, while putting the puzzle together, we are drinking a little wine, does that off-set the so called benefits. :lmao:

It slooooooowed considerably when mamma got out the tequilla and everyone was doing shots.
I'm a little worried some of the pieces may have been "forced to fit".... :lmao:

I'll update with a pic later.
i do get nervous while i'm mid puzzle when my friends come over. I always worry they will hide 1 piece from me so I have a missing piece at the end

so far so good

have you ever done a puzzle and it actually is missing a piece? the last time i did a puzzle was last christmas, that bitch was missing ONE PIECE. we looked everywhere and no where to be found. to this day, that puzzle still has one missing piece

So far so good on that

and like i said in an earlier post. I do inventory right away when i start a puzzle. I lay all the pieces out organzie them in columns and count to ensure its accurate from the start

aww, all of a sudden I remember this quote I read on Instagram, Le:

"Do not try to figure me out, I am a puzzle with missing pieces"

I used to often do puzzles with a few close friends, usually around this time of year.

We would usually do some scenic puzzle, sometimes as large as 2000-2500 pieces.

We would always divvy up the tasks, and without fail I always was tasked with some tedious shit like putting together the sky that has the same shade of blue throughout

Just another way my best friends trolled me I suppose
