I would like to share my latest unpleasant experience with youwager.lv while hoping that issue will be resolved ASAP.
I have been playing with them for the last 3-4 years and barely had a winning, maybe a very small one just two years ago where I was paid with no issue.

Last week, I got their 125%, $300 max promotion for two back to back deposits, ($750 free plays in total), which came with
$16,131 total rollover. You may know that, their rollover counts for Tennis, MLB, NBA moneylines, and Soccer just for 50% while it is 100% for any live wagers.

So, I kept playing and playing on the live bets and now I have about $12500 after completing the rollover requirement. I requested the payout for $4000 last night, I was told it will be paid before 5:00 PM EST today, and they failed to do that saying my payout is under-review by management.

So, for someone who has been giving them free money for 3-4 years and now has made some winnings, all of a sudden management felt that they should review it! I am absolutely fine with that review, since I have been playing legit just taking advantage of my lucky day playing large on live bets, and I am hoping that they will pay me ASAP.

I have had similar experiences with YW.

Always paid and never an issue re-up later.

Don’t read too much into it.

YW has been very good to me and more than fair - continue to use them and would recommend.
By saying "I have has similar experiences with YW" do you mean you had the same delay issue with them? If yes, how long did it take for the review to be completed?

Yes - “management review” and had them re-request KYC docs despite having sent them a month before on another payout request.

Took 1-2 days from memory - inconvenient- but they absolutely paid.

Just the state of the industry these days - WagerWeb has taken a few days and cut my withdrawal limits - BetUS did same requesting a new KYC - but paid within an hour.

Not everyone uses BetOnline bots to process payouts - wouldn’t sweat it unless you’ve got something to sweat.

Day 2 and Youwager still has not paid me. Earlier this morning the agent told me:

Then, I got this from another agent:

When it goes against their promised timeframe and comes with conflicting responses from their support, it’s a RED FLAG for me even though it’s just 2days so far.
I am hoping that they will process the payment soon, but in the meantime I’d like to inform the community about how they treat a loyal user

Want to know how to get your account flagged for further reviews - continue demanding management review of your payout request and action.

They move at their own damn pace - if 72 hours is too long for a payout - maybe don’t play offshore as it’s fairly common.

WagerWeb has been slow - but they always pay. More than can be said for Jazz/BetWWS and many others.

Ok, good news is that I got paid this morning. It took them about 72 hr for the first payout and 48 hr for the second payout to be processed.
I will update the title of thread to have this reflected.

Yes definitely update the title so folks know you got paid

Glad others chimed in to let you know you almost assuredly didn’t have anything to worry about with this shop

Yes, got the full payout and even I wasn’t charged for that 2.5% fee that was raised by some user in the previous threads related with Youwager. All good.
