I'm wondering if she'll return after some time off. High level athletes miss the competition after a while (e.g. Brady).

I think she will but gotta think this kids deal with bs pressure all their life. Could understand it if she just wants to kick it. Huge loss but maybe she just needs a timeout....

I think the whole Covid break changed her mind. She was able to go out have fun and be with family and friends. Now the grind just isn't worth the time needed. She doesn't do anything half-ass if you watch her matches. A true competitor.
