KEEP IN MIND ANY HAND CAN BE DOUBLED, AND SIDE BETS WERE PLAYED EVERY HAND. SO THE AMOUNTS NOT MATCHING BETS ARE WHEN I HIT A SIDE BET. I WAS PLAYING 3 HANDS MOST OF THE TIME.

I played over 3K hands and I’m playing 3 hands at once so 6 hands is only 2 dealers hands

But that’s not the issue. I don’t remember each hand exactly no one could.this is 3 days of hours and hours of play.
But there aren’t any double pays on my wins & when I lost they deducted from my balance.. you can see how I grew my accounts. It’s some ups and down which is expected on gambling. I just came out on top. As many times as I lost my money playing with jazz casino I never complained

I've had this issue with fresh deck before on Bookmaker. I've experienced a major lag in payouts from hands and also a major lag in balance updates. It should be pretty clear if you look at the logs to keep track of your balance.

I wouldn't put it past Jazz to lie as they're a trash book but I have personally seen major balance discrepancies while using Fresh Deck Studios. They are a terrible provider btw. I'd use just about any other live dealer platform over them.

I went through the accounting and I won.
They didn't pay me out double or skip on my losses they took their money every time I lost.
They just do not want to pay me out. and it not like i can take the whole 30k i can only take out 5k a week.

I was already wary because of reported long payout delays of late but this seals the deal. I won’t be using them again and neither should anyone else

Little update. I sent an email Sundays basically saying I went though the accounting of all my hands and found NO errors or glitches. No double pays that’s you claimed nor any skipped deductions of losses. The accounting is correct and my balance of $30,000 is correct.
please look over it again maybe you guy made a mistake. I won fair and square please honor my wins just how you guys honored my losses.
“JP” sent me an email early this week saying that “nick” was out of the office and will not return until November 30th and will have him reach out to me when he returns.

Hopefully we can get this clear and I can get paid out.
I will keep you guys updated..
