#3 and #4 --> taking notes and finding where you made mistakes..... Investigating your losses AND YOUR WINS so you can learn what your doing RIGHT and what you need to avoid.

How many take this step? I do it every week or two depending upon how many plays I've made.

A lot of my mistakes I make gambling are registered upstairs. Writing shit down & rereading it going into each season/sport is good advice though I will say.

Slowed down the last couple years though, not that much interested as much. Focused on business stuff more than girls. Plus your drive changes as you get older.
