I get that it's easy to just blame adrenaline junkies...but it is also ego...all of those things are very selfish activities. (I'm super selfish and somewhat sociopathic)

This is a good point. Ego plays a big part in gambling and getting pussy.

There is nothing wrong with doing drugs, drinking or promoting fornication. I am an advocate for all the above. Even though I don't partake, all drugs should be legal.
