Yes, I only live in one place and would never leave here, Hà Nội, the capital. Best place by far in the country. HCMC and the south suck for the most part. Cool to travel but not to live.
No idea, it was with a travel agency here that was organizing 20 , thirty person tours there, they were all planned out and guided. 5 days, $7,500, I assume because I am an American , Americans do go there on tours but I am sure they are researched, probably raised a flag coming from Vietnam, this was two years before covid. I think it would of been great.
No, at the time, he could not get a flight from America to go there, he had to go through Mexico to get there, Nothing to do with people settling, this was just for a vacation. I have no idea if you can travel there freely from America or not now.
