Rich people are the worst to collect from.

They have legal teams that will argue the matter to no end - claim you “tricked” their client and hide assets.

No choice but either negotiate a settlement for the marker - or get buried in legal case for years.

Look at what Barkley did to a few casinos.

If your lucky - you negotiate a deal - forgive the debt and invite them to Vegas for a weekend of work - they put in show or half hand some VIPs sign a few autographs and lose more of their own money in your casino and all is good.

No one wins though when you try to collect from these people though. They live in their own little bubble and reality rarely creeps in.

Turns out he’s had a residency at Park MGM in Vegas and this will be his 9th year.

He extended the residency for 12 more shows this year as Park MGM likely owns his ass at this point.

He brought in $90 million a year, before taxes, with the residency but they say it‘s lasted so long because of what he owes.
