Not a millionaire but own my house and car outright so monthly bills are at a minimum.

And make much more sound financial decisions than I used to when I made quite a bit more money. So I’m able to hold on to what I have.

I live a life that has much less stress than when I was working 40-60 hours per week. And the last two years were for a horrible boss.

Sometimes I regret the fact I’d have a decent retirement from that job coming in if I could have stayed until 2028. But that would have meant 10 more years at the time and there was seriously no way. I dreaded going in and seeing that negative boss every day. Was a shame too because for the first 13 years I was there the job was awesome.

The smartest thing I ever did financially was doubling and tripling up house payments for about a 5-year stretch when I was making pretty good coin. Allowed me to pay off a 30-year note in about 17 years.

If you are just talking cash, I'm a little short. I owe a couple years on my house and own some property that's paid for, I bought it in 1995. The first wife and myself was going to build there, but never did. It's close to the lake and in an area I really like. But I've just let it set. Wish I had cleared and leveled it up years ago, but never did.
Back to the question at hand, if you are talking cash plus everything else, meaning net worth, well then. now you are talking my language.... I'm still short!!!!

Yeah whole entire net worth, thanks for chiming in with your situation and appreciate your honesty.
