The latter. JDS, I swear in their latter days, there was no one watching the henhouse and they didn't increase the difficulty on people winning.

Come on JJ....
The big off-shore books are reliable (BM, BOL, Heritage,...).
I've not heard of payout issues with them. Now, they will limit you if your Adv Player but so will domestic books.

100% agree. The big names seem solid. Not hearing a lot of issues with them. Some of the smaller and/or sister books are the ones that seem to have problems.
