This verse suggests that God uses dreams to communicate with people and guide them away from harmful paths.

used to see a lot of these types back in early 2000s in this little known 4 block enclave of southwest side in Chicago known as heart of Italy or little Tuscany. the connected guys had all moved out to burbs but would come back there for the restaurants and private club
