Looks like a trap to me. UCF got beat at home 48-21 by Colorado last weekend while Florida beat Miss State the week before 45-28. Florida is playing at home with a week's rest. Seems like a no-brainer to take the Gators.

Line started out Florida -1 and is now at -2 1/2 for UCF. Is someone out for Florida?

They beat Mississippi State pretty badly. I think that's what a lot of squares are going to be looking at. Bettors oftentimes have short memories.
Mississippi St is pretty bad this year. Sure they should have gotten creamed by Texas but the loss to Toledo that bookended the Florida loss was bad as well.

I'm not saying Florida is good but I think they are better than UCF right now.
UCF's win over TCU was come from behind starting late in the 3Q. They were getting beat pretty bad through most of the game.

Looks to be like a case of a great running team (UCF) playing a team with a poor run defense and also a good passing team (Florida) playing a team with a poor pass defense.

UCF should run over Florida's defense while Florida's offense should pass easily against UCF's defense.

That's how I read it too.
I usually bet on the passing teams in these situations. They can score quicker.
