Seriously - what in the southern trailer park hell is sitting in your truck revving the engine going to do ?!? Waste $5 worth of gas ?

I am wondering if my sister and my former tenants combined to move in next door here / it sure as hell sounds like it. The absolute 2 worst people u ever had as tenants in my life. The level of stupidity on display sure sounds like them too.

Dragging their ass to court is only useful when they have something to collect from - courts don’t “make” people do things - they just issue orders and provide remedies for civil relief (read financial penalties) if someone fails to follow the rules. Of course when you have nothing / your basically judgement proof and since there are no debtors prisons anymore - nothing you can do.

On a positive note though - from the sounds of your neighborhood - I bet there’s one hell of a fireworks show on July 4th. Amazing to me the shittiest and poorest rednecks somehow always manage to afford fireworks displays every year.
