I'm in rural MA. I grew up here and moved back to be my mom's caregiver (she has alzheimer's and parkinsons). Most of my adult life was in Vegas. I had stints in FL and CT.

Hawaii was cool but the 20 mile radius got old. Have been back numerous times it’s a good place to visit but being a white minority was tough they don’t like HOALES.

Hawaii was cool but the 20 mile radius got old. Have been back numerous times it’s a good place to visit but being a white minority was tough they don’t like HOALES.

Yes but the Bay Area is higher cost of living by far. But it all comes out in the wash as far as rate of pay and so forth. But the cost of living is why we relocated to Washington as the faimly grew needed a bigger house. We paid 180k in 2000 for our home in Wa. Felt like l was stealing it. Lol

Damn i was hoping it wasn’t true lol. But 180k is a definitely a steal, especially if you think about todays market. The worth of it now must be absurd
