In my youth and drinking& drug days I must have been stopped at least a dozen times by cops for erratic driving. I never gave them any lip and have never been arrested though I probably should have been. Maybe I was just lucky?

Well it was different times back then. I doubt I'd ever get away with that behavior nowadays.
Hell I can remember being in a car with friends just cruising around drinking beer. They took the beer and told us to be on our way lol.

I think the possible exposure of the cops from social media made it more striker nowadays. They can be recorded anytime, also on their end through their body cam.

I have had plenty of encounters and it doesn't matter if it's local blues to investigators etc. I am always nice and polite and never abrasive, they are simply doing their jobs.

Never escalate the situation unless it's absolutely necessary and if the 1st thing u say is I know my rights then all that does is put the cop on guard right off, no need.

She just decided to be a problem/bitch about it. You aren't the victim here she made herself the problem and the cop was cool as he could be about it. It's not always the Cop's fault
