I've had it. Steamed with a little salt. Very jello like. Just don't eat the lens. Chalky. 7/10 rating.

I've seen it on the Andrew Zimmern Bizarre food series. He makes it seem like it's so good. I'd try a spoon just for shits and giggles. I'd pick out the hairs though.
