Any basic chicken sandwich try to stay at the health stuff and all the chains have good ones. There’s not one better than another. It’s a matter of reference. I’m an expert.
a chicken sandwich (grilled or not) is far from a “healthy” fast food option.
Wendy’s started that whole thing - trying to make people believe they were eating “better” while also moving a higher profit margin sandwich (chicken being cheaper than beef traditionally) at the same cost.
The amount of salt in those things is unbelievable- like more than the suggested daily intake. It’s no where near healthy unfortunately - but people think it is.
What qualifies as “fast food” - Starbucks? Chipolte - I’d say both are more popular in many states than the suggested brands.
Chik-Fil-A is marketing at its finest. Open 6 days a week - limited menu. It’s good - but far from “great” overall - I did like their tortilla soup and grilled chicken though. Their franchises are a license to print money - but you can only own 1 in general and cost is something stupid like 800k-million. You are also constantly measured on performance and customer satisfaction - so if you fail you risk losing the franchise.
