How long has it been since you started as in days months so far on this journey ? And what was your weight then and now? No time to go back to read. @BobbyFK

I was 249 at my highest and I started around August or so if I remember correctly

I'm down to 193 from 199.5 and my goal is 182 I'll shoot for February 2026 as well Bobby, let's do this together. Been just eating one meal a day (a hardy one) drinking a gallon of water a day & no alcohol no weed, sober living.

same weight year over year. gained 20 pounds over last 5 years.

graduated high school around 115 pounds. 17 years later, im 165.

i do have a whiskey belly though hahaha...RIP 6 pack
