I think Bobby occasionally has some initiative to diet and then...................... it fades. He loses interest.
He needs to find a way to focus on a goal and stick with it.

That's what the accountability of the thread was all about.

Common Bobby, we're pulling for you!

Thing is, nearly everytime I check in on your weight loss journey it seems like your obsessed with food.

There is so much more to the journey that food and obsession with food is one of the many reasons you are here to begin with.

You've come a long way with the big picture but it's clear you need to really start partaking in cognitive behaviour therapy. There is some real behavior and mindeset change necessary if you really want to set and achieve a goal. A doctor might provide a shortcut, but it might only be temporary if you don't live up to your part.

Unless, of course, you're just trolling us.

He did complete a 24 hour fast that one time. I think he broke his fast with a Chinese buffet though not the best of decisions.
I was real good friends with a boxer in my college town. Rose to number three in his weight division and eventually got a title shot and lost.

After the weigh-in day before the fight he and his little entourage (basically me, his two brothers and his trainer) would all immediately go eat at his favorite chinese buffet in town.

It was insane (unsafe really and now there’s rules against how much weight you can put on overnight) how much those guys could gain re-hydrating and eating. Sometimes it was close to 10-percent body weight from weigh-in to fight night.

Yeah, some of those MMA fighters come into the fight Saturday looking huge for the weight class.
