Bookmaker is the best book to have for NBA quarters. They offer every Q pre-game and live. I was shocked as you can not bet every q on BAS pre-match only the 1st q and they do not offer 3rd or 4th q at the half. If you want it you have to bet it on the 3rd party sites. "premier" almost impossible to get in a hoops play with 20 second delay at least and both are juiced out at -120. I was able to get above at their "ultimate" site. Kings on fire.
