***3rd Umpire Over is Philly/Wash Over 8-115 with Lance Barksdale who is avg 9 runs and 18-13 Over on a very low 2.18 SO/BB and 62% strikes conducive to more walks, less K's and more runs. Last year his games avg just over 9 runs and also had a 2.1 SO/BB so he's consistent pro hitter. 3 of the last 5 between these 2 went over, Suarez carries a ERA Over 5 his last 3, while sporting an offense that is ranked in the top 10 in most categories. Nats carry a 4.31 ERA as a unit, so expect Phils to have plenty of run scoring opps. 3 of the last 4 philly road games went over, and i expect that to be tonight.

NCAA was great while we had our First down day in MLB in 11, but like I thought and said yesterday ("I dont like the card as much as last few days but it is what it is"), the last week/weekend gets wacky with sit-outs, rookies and scrubs playing, playoffs, etc....we grind on til the finish and into the playoffs. Last day of MLB, the last weekend is always more unpredictable as i said Fri/Sat, motivations are tough to predict.. lets see what the last day brings us. Everything is action with changes and switches, not going to worry about it the last day...this could be a ok day for overs if the bullpens are get in early most of these games...last year it looks like 6 games went over last day and 5 games ended at 7 runs....and today we have some of the best overs umps (Drekman and Fletcher)
