I mean since this place is just a bunch of people cheering on the regulars, all sitting around agreeing with each other and passing out participation trophies - feels right we honor the legendary poster.
dj my friend I have to disagree with you here

The reason we support each other is because most of us have been been around and seen the BS over the years

SBR, TheRX, EOG, and so on, we’ve all seen the non-stop trolling & bickering

We simply take a different approach here

100% correct. Every forum needs some heels and some e-fights.
this place refuses to let it happen.
so it is a bunch of old guys sitting infront of their computers high fiving each other after winning a $5 bet.
pretty soon this place will be a bunch of posters talking about how stevenash farts smell........remember that boys??????? lol

Heels not a bad thing - it keeps people “tuning in”

The “fighting” it’s a fine line - spirited debate and intelligent conversation is simply more sustainable than stupid bickering. I mean - let’s be honest the level of intellect in debate in most any forum is not the sharpest - but going too low just runs off the sharper thinkers. It’s not an issue when 2 posters disagree - but when it drops to the level of a couple of 9 year old girls bickering - it gets old fast.

Who cares how much someone wagered on an event - winning is winning. So someone bets $5 - does that make them less intelligent than someone betting 5k ? You go 60% or better at -110 it’s a pretty decent accomplishment - once you start creeping above 65% - you’re in pretty rare territory - especially long term. The majority will be between 48-53% - as you move up that ladder you see less and less as that makes you long term break even/winning.

Anyone can get lucky (or unlucky) over a 5-10 game period - for most researching games that is 3-5 days action. After 100 plays - if you have won 66 of them - that’s a pretty damn big accomplishment - regardless how much you bet - and SHOULD be applauded.

I’ll say this - don’t let the stupid act fool you - JJ is quite sharp - the JJ character presented on the other hand….

Agree - just pointing out some of the recent things people have pointed out as a “negative” about BMR - same old “complaint” it’s just a bunch of broke gamblers - cheering each other on.

Like I recently posted to clarify - not my opinion - just complaints I see here that in reality hold no weight. Who cares if you have nothing wagered on the game or $5 - if you can pick winners consistently - you belong in this forum and deserve the praise you get. Just because you aren’t betting your picks heavily doesn’t mean there aren’t people who will once you establish a track record.
