He was what we called a “hood hopper” he first moved to Southern California and was always sporting blue and repping the 13 then loved to Modesto and started to wear red and be a chap/buster. He had no choice but to move.
Illini, please don’t make me expose you and inform the forum why you moved 8000 miles away from the US.

I know exactly why.

This is a threat , do anything of the sort and you will pay dearly , Diggity aka the new dad. Ese Manny has already been informed of your threat. He doesn’t take kind to your threat against me.

Coming back from Cottonwood yesterday afternoon, guy in front of me slams on the brakes - luckily, I wasn’t that close behind him. A whole pack of like 30 deer crossed the road, also, luckily, none of them were hit - caught the last of them with my iPhone. That now makes about 5 things I’ve had dart in front of my car in just the 3 months we’ve been here. Wolves, coyotes, foxes, now deer. Nature coming at ya! Just things you don’t see in Southern California…..

Very cool Malted

We also moved away from the big city ( Toronto ) and found ourselves in small town Canada. Lots of nature here too. Love it

You’ll learn to always keep your eyes peeled for deer. Had to do the same when I moved to Texas.
I’ve learned to avoid all the riff raffs in Miami quite well myself no killings as of yet.

Next time you're in that area go east on Forest Road 104 to Mingus Mountain Lookout.

That's Cottonwood and the Verde River in the background.

👍🍺

Much rather do that than avoid the homeless bum chasing my moving car down as I’m exiting a parking lot begging for $5 (happened) - or, me almost hitting some guy that looks like Jeff Bridges now in those Lebowski commercials, ‘wandering aimlessly’ in the street (once again, happened).

Sorry to say it, but it’s just nice to not get hit with filth, homelessness, and looking at depressing $#!T every day like I was in So. Cal. - And you can’t just blame it on one spot, because my job took me all over, from the San Diego border, up through Riverside, Orange County, L.A., the I.E., Ventura and up towards where @flyingillini hangs out - it’s just not ‘California’ anymore…..

👍🍺

Got it on the list - along with Flagstaff, and maybe the Grand Canyon train tour…..

Maybe…..
Dude! Go north of Sedona this weekend to Oak Creek Canyon! It's the perfect time of year to see the leaves changing. The drive up to Snowbowl north of Flagstaff is filled with aspen trees with their yellow leaves.

I've posted this before but this is what you can see.
