Tough to do sometimes....
I went to a bar with a friend in college. He's a player and starts hitting on chicks. One of them bites and he takes her back to his apartment. They decide to go swimming in the complex pool (skinny dipping). They made too much noise and cops show up.
Girl ends up being 16. My friend got charged with indecency with a minor (naked in a pool) and for providing her alcohol as a minor (bought her a drink at the bar). Of course the girl plays dumb and says she told him she was 16, blah, blah, blah.... She's trying not to get into trouble herself.
So who's to blame? The bouncer who let her in, the 16 yo girl who lied numerous time, or my friend who assumed she was at least 21 when she said she was and was in a bar?
He got probation for 3 years and had to attend some sex courses for pedophiles. Still on his record though.
No blame is put on the girl since she's not an adult and can't be held responsible.
