Hello everyone, I wanted to experience some unpleasantries I've experienced at WagerWeb.eu so far. I created an account a few days ago due to OSGA's recommendation. I made my first deposit there for $500 and took the 30 percent cash bonus. I did 2 wagers on baseball and unfortunately lost. The next day I made another deposit of $500 and took the same bonus. When I started at WagerWeb, my limits were $5,000 on baseball. That's a bit too high for me but was nice to see they took good action here. When I went to make my wagers with my second deposit I still had the same limits. I placed one wager on the giants and ended up winning. Risked $650. After my first win I was immediately limited to $500 wagers. I then sent this email.
Dear WagerWeb,
I recently created an account with you a few days ago. I would say that I’m slightly above average on my wagering size, and I noticed the limits on my account for baseball (that’s what I’m betting on right now) were $5,000.
Today I went to place a wager and noticed I’m at a $500 max wager. I’m already down $500 to you guys and that’s okay. But I work hard for my money and being down $500 is somewhat of a lot to me. I’d like an opportunity to at least win it back. And when I’m locked into a rollover with a $500 max wagering limit it makes it hard to win. I’m not asking for a $5000 limit. But I sometimes like to bet $1000-$)1,500 on a game. I’m liking the sports book so far, but I’m asking you to adjust my limits back to a reasonable range.
Thank you very much.

I received no response. I went to live chat today and was essentially told to have Jim (OSGA Owner) to call on my behalf after mentioning I came from OSGA. They then told me to hurry up and finish my rollover and cash out.
If I wanted to go to a casino and play BlackJack and the agreement was if I started with $500 and would be given $150, and the moment I won my first wager I would be flat bet I would have obviously declined. Not sure what this book's problem is but it's just frustrating and feels like they truly only care about greed. My max sports bets are never more than $1500-$2000. And I never even came close to making a wager that big here. Just a real kick in the head. Thank you for listening.
