If the stadium does get built, some-way some-how, Fisher is not going to have any money to build a decent team or pay enough to keep any players worth a dime.

A's will still be in their regularly scheduled place in the standings (bottom 5) w/ 60-70 wins in a season.

Owner has to spend several hundred million to get Country and State money. He doesn't have the cash, and to date isn't eligible for the stadium money.
