Last year they had a great season overall a solid cover team all year. RIP to the coach sad story and too soon.

Way too young - doesn’t sound as if this was an emergency surgery in any way, just a complication during routine surgery.

Yea - “surgeon f’ed up” would help clear things up - but probably hurt business for the local hospital.

Seriously - the odds of it being anything else are pretty slim. The doc either missed something they should have caught before surgery or screwed up during.
