Wow tremendous performance both fighters gave it everything they had but Yair was the better fighter tonight. Glad my bet cashed but I'm way more happy that this one lived up its hype.

This is all set up now for the UFC if Volk does happen to lose because Yair Rodriguez looked good tonight and if Volk does come back down to 145 should he lose to Makhachev they could definitely line up Yair and Volk together at a PPV and people would want to watch that fight.

This fight is super close I think its 19-19 and at this point I think the judges very well could come into play which I think favors Volk.

I think Volk needs a finish at this point to win even with the hometown judges. Makhachev will try to get it to the ground again so Volk needs to keep it standing and rock him again.

Wow that fight deserves fight of the year consideration. I think Makhachev won but its closer than I thought and I come away with even more respect for Volkahnovski despite him losing this one. Volk is a heck of a fighter and has nothing to hang his head about tonight.

Yeah, I was shock how well Volk came out and fought off getting sub. Very impressive and made the fight close.
