I think I'm with Stormy here OKC will win this series in 6 games imo. They've got the size and athletcism to compete with Minnesota that Golden State and LA just didn't have. Minnesota is good but OKC was the best team all year and i think as long as Jalen Williams plays like he did in game 7 against Denver they'll win it all.

Minnesota has played better in crunch time in close playoff games. That’s coaching. OKC did some questionable moves in game 1 of the Denver series that I’ve never seen before that cost them the game. I haven’t seen that in Minnesota this playoff in a close game.
Not exactly a large sample size

And some of it is coaching, but a lot of it execution

Coaching also is important in areas outside of clutch time

I don’t want anyone here to lose money but other than that reason if OKC were to lose this series I would not be upset simply because it’s a travesty that Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is going to win the MVP when Nikola Jokic had one of the greatest season ever

Gotta give it to SGA if you want to be consistent though

Jokic has gotten all kind of breaks in MVP voting

MJ and LeBron couldve won a bunch more

Yeah I get it and you’re right

But we are talking one of greatest seasons all-time even players past & present are saying it

I told someone the other day that SGA is merely a poorer version of prime James Harden and that’s about it

SGA doesn't have a choke history that Harden has.

Let's see how SGA does the rest of these playoffs, though he's a bit off so far tonight

Stylistically they're different

Wow. This was their game to get

And they lost by 26

Ouch
Yeah I may have overestimated Minnesota's chances. This one could be over in 5 if they don't get game 2. They didn't play well in game 1 in the Warriors series so maybe they make some adjustments to steal game 2 but so far it looks like OKC is simply better.

Minnesota has two guys that can score basically and they’re both not super reliable

Randle been shooting well but he disrupts the offense with his style

Edwards is streaky and not as good as people think he is

The rest of roster really not gonna get much out of

If you were building a team as a GM, you would take SGA over Edwards ?
