I bet college hoops on 3 separate days went 1-4, FTs were the determining factor in 4 of the losses. Not suggesting foul play but why would I want the refs deciding the game one way or the other? Doesn't matter to me if hoops are rigged or not, the refs are typically deciding my bet. I prob won't even bet the NBA Playoffs this year cuz I am truly just disinterested in the NBA or any other hoops league.

Had the under with 13 points to spare with approximately 1 minute left

Looked like guaranteed lock

One team up over 20pts too

What proceeds to happen is BOTH things I mentioned in Post #1

Scrubs come in trying to get points, AND they are fouling each other every possession

Again, there was barely 1 minute left in this game

In seconds my 13pts to give is down to 4 and it doesn’t look good

One team even actually hits a 3pointer at the buzzer

Fortunately I end up winning the wager by 1 point

I try to stay away from China & a few other European leagues who are mimicking their game after the NBA these days

UNC down 2 with a second to go. Guaranteed Nelson intentionally missed both free-throws as the game was over, zero ability for UNC to score again. That should trigger an investigation by the NCAA and gaming regulators should it not?? HE SHAVED THE POINTS. I had zero invested in the game and have no idea what the lines were so my give a shit is zero but the powers that be cannot pick and choose what's a deliberate miss and what's not.... my 2cents.

Lost a crusher this morning to overtime

Team up by 6pts with only 40 seconds left

Opposing team hits a 3pointer to cut the deficit to 3pts

Winning team misses and team down by 3 has opportunity to tie now with seconds left

They drain ANOTHER 3 before buzzer to tie and send it to overtime

Which brings me to yet another thing to hate about betting basketball

When you are up by that many points with seconds left, everyone in the world knows the other team needs 3pointers

So why...why...why do they even let them get one off?
Every defender should be protecting top of the key.
If they score an easy 2 because of it, oh well so be it, it's better than the 3, and now they will intentionally foul and send you to the free throw line to seal it

So does this fall on the coaches, or players???
