Miss hamburgers. I only let myself eat them twice a month. I've lost almost all of my beer gut though.
What’s your goal weight ? I’m 5’10” 195 & I wanna get down to 182. Been eating at a calorie deficit of 2000 cal a day & I intermittent fast. Seems to work for me personally as I’ve been losing 1-2 lbs a month for 3 months.

Bro I am scrawny af right now like 5'10" 160. I lost sooooo much weight when I stopped boozing. None of my shit fits anymore. I'm gonna keep starving myself for a couple more weeks and right around the middle of June I am going to start getting f***** JACKED like I was once upon a time.

185 easy but prob high as 195
Yeah when I saw you on the podcast you looked healthy Baz. I’ve always been heavier because I lift. I was 217 two years ago, so I feel a lot better now. Kept the muscle, but lost some fat.
