I can attest to that - the number of warehouse doors, fuel dispensers and damaged trailers I pay for in a week is ridiculous. Add in the number of number of rollover units where a driver just didn’t use common sense (load shift/driving on a soft shoulder) and the underpass strikes where it’s CLEARLY marked.

You can tell which employers pay better and retain smarter drivers based on their safety records.
