This girl my sister was friends with had one of these on their front lawn not too far from the front door

Ex-brother in-law had one at the entrance to the lane heading to his farm. I ran over it with my truck so many times, he finally gave up trying to fix it. He never knew it was me but, I was glad to do it.

Yeah, he was a POS. Glad my sister left him.
