Actually at the time I was coming from McDonald's. I had already ate my food in the car so all I had was some coke left

I was changing lanes and couldn't move due to traffic so I was my right rear was partially out of the lane so I was at a slight angle. Anyway this guy came and hit my on my left corner panel. I got out to ask him what happened and he said he was stopped and talking kind of slow. So I called 911 and they came out, took a report, looked at my dash cam footage and ended up arresting him for DUI. I'm working with the insurance company to file a claim and get my car repaired. Starting treatment next week for my back that is still unfortunately hurting
