For the record, I am 6'3 and up to 309 today. Call me a fat fvck if you like as I am one. I don't mind being the John Candy fat guy. This is my hibernation time of the year with the cooler temps, football season, holiday season kicking off with Halloween. The struggle is real this time of the year as when not working I just want to sit around with the family binge watching TV shows that we haven't caught up on all summer or watch games and gamble.

This is a really good post. I think the issue is, what they say has been proven false. And people that know and have seen me have said so. It doesn’t seem like they were expecting to be successful. Videos should all be easily accessible at one location, not spread out amongst two or three you tube channels.
